Zika NS1 Protein Recombinant
The E. Coli derived Recombinant Zika NS1 protein (Strain: ZikaSPH2015) having an Mw of 45kDa is derived from the full length Zika NS1 protein. The Zika NS1 protein is fused to a 6xHis tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Applications
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.

Zika NS1 protein solution contains PBS and 25mM arginine.
