ZG16 is filtered (0.4um) and lyophilized from 0.5mg/ml in 0.05M phosphate buffer and 0.075M NaCl, pH 7.4.
Purity of ZG16 is greater than 95% as determined by densitometric image analysis.
It is recommended to add deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Store lyophilized ZG16 Human recombinant at -20oC. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4oC for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4oC.
