Paired Antibody for Human 14-3-3 protein beta/alpha

The two antibodies for YWHAB have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of YWHAB in Human, Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Chicken, Goat, Sheep samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 1.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
