Paired Antibody for Plant Wheat Gliadin

The two antibodies for Wheat have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of Wheat in Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig, Dog, Sheep samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.2 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
