Paired Antibody for Human Cytochrome b-c1 complex subunit Rieske, mitochondrial

The two antibodies for UQCRFS1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of UQCRFS1 in Mouse, Guinea pig, Horse, Pig, Rabbit, Goat, Sheep samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.3 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
