The protein was lyophilized without any additives.
Sterile Filtered lyophilized powder.
Greater than 90% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Bovine Trypsin in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Bovine Trypsin although stable at room temp for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18oC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
