Troponin I ELISA
The cTnI ELISA is intended for the quantitative determination of cardiac Troponin I in human serum or plasma. Measurement of Troponin I values are useful in the evaluation of acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
ELISA kits come in different assay types like indirect, sandwitch or competitive ELISA to quantitatively or qualitatively measure an analyte's amount, presence or absence. Linear range of detection determines the amount of "target" can be detected accurately, while sensitivity determines the lower range or smallest changes of "target" can be detected.
