Paired Antibody for Human Sorting nexin-3
The two antibodies for SNX3 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of SNX3 in Mouse, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.9 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
