Western blot with anti-Sm positive patient sera.

0.4-0.8 ug/ml (depending on the type of ELISA plate and coating buffer). Suitable for labeling of functional groups.

SNRPD is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.6, 250mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.

2. Standard ELISA test (checker-board analysis of positive/negative sera panels).
