Paired Antibody for Human U1 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein A
The two antibodies for SNRPA have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of SNRPA in Human, Rat, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.22 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
