Determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of rat C6 cells using a concentration range of 0.3-0.6 ug/ml.
The protein was Lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered concentrated solution in 1xPBS, pH 7.4.
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Greater than 97.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized SERPINI1 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Lyophilized SERPINI1 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18oC. Upon reconstitution SERPINI1 should be stored at 4oC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18oC.
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Neuroserpin, Peptidase inhibitor 12, PI-12, Serpin I1, SERPINI1, PI12.
