Rubella Virus Capsid C Recombinant
The E. Coli derived recombinant protein contains the Rubella Virus Capsid C regions, 1-123 amino acids and fused to a GST-Tag at C-terminus.
Formulation
20mM imidazol, 8M urea and 0.3M NaCl.
Purification Method
Rubella protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity
Rubella protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
Specificity
Immunoreactive with sera of Rubella Virus infected individuals.
Storage
Rubella Capsid protein although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
