Paired Antibody for Human 40S ribosomal protein S9
The two antibodies for RPS9 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of RPS9 in Pig, Chicken, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
