Paired Antibody for Human 60S ribosomal protein L11

The two antibodies for RPL11 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of RPL11 in Human, Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Chicken, Goat samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.34 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
