Staphylococcal Protein A 41kDa Recombinant
Recombinant Staphylococcal Protein A produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain contaning the amino acid sequence of Staphylococcal Protein A IgG binding domains having a molecular mass of 41 kDa. The recombinant Protein A contains 6 IgG-binding regions of protein A. Cell wall binding region, albumin binding region and other non-specific binding regions that have been eliminated from the recombinant Protein-A to ensure the maximum specific IgG binding. Recombinant Staphylococcal Protein A is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
