The Pro-IGF2 was lyophilized from 1mg/ml in 1xPBS.
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Greater than 95% as obsereved by SDS-PAGE.
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Pro-IGF2 in sterile water not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Lyophilized Pro-IGF2 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18oC. Upon reconstitution Pro-IGF2 should be stored at 4oC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18oC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
