Paired Antibody for Human NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] iron-sulfur protein 5
The two antibodies for NDUFS5 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of NDUFS5 in Human, Guinea pig, Horse, Chicken, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.34 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
