Serological studies of influenza B virus, immunogen for antibody production.

The B/ Victoria /53/99solution contains STE, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3) and 0.005 % thimerosal.

Tested with anti-influenza B monoclonal antibodies in ELISA.

The product has been treated by thimerosal and beta propiolactone treatment, in a manner consistent with methods of inactivation.
Generally accepted good laboratory practices appropriate to microbiological/viral safe handling practices and techniques are required when using the product.

Contains thimerosal (0.005%) and sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amounts are very small, appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

B/Victoria/504/00 although stable 4°C for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
