The IL-8 solution (1mg/ml) contains 50mM Tris, 300mM NaCl, 10% Glycerol, pH 7.5.
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
IL-8 although stable 4oC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18oC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
