Storage Procedures

In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4^oC in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20^oC.

Titer / Applications

1:1,000 dilution will block T cell proliferation induced by specific Ag or concanavaline A. 10ul will stain 10⁶ IL-R positive cells for FACS analysis.
