Paired Antibody for Human Histone deacetylase 4
The two antibodies for HDAC4 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of HDAC4 in Bovine, Horse, Dog, Chicken, Pig samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.2 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
