Hepatitis C Virus Core, Biotin Recombinant
The E. coli derived recombinant Biotin Labeled genotype-1b protein contains the HCV core nucleocapsid immunodominant regions, amino acids 2-119. The protein is fused to a GST tag at N-terminus.
Applications
ELISA, Western blots and Flow-through.

1mg/ml in 1.5 M urea, 25 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 0.2% Triton-X and 50% Glycerol.

HCV Core protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Immunoreactive with sera of HCV-infected individuals.
