Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, adw Saccharomyces Recombinant
HBsAg subtype adw2 Recombinant produced in Saccharomyces cerevisae. is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain. HBsAg migrates on SDS-PAGE as a 24 kDa monomer band with small amounts of dimer (48 kDa) and trimer (72 kDa) forms. The HBsAg is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
