Guinea pig Islet amyloid polypeptide(IAPP) ELISA kit

The Guinea pig Islet amyloid polypeptide(IAPP) ELISA kit is sensitive and specific for detection of Guinea pig IAPP. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Guinea pig IAPP and analogues was observed.
Standard deviation is less than 8% for standards repeated 20 times on the same plate. It is less than 10% when the same sample is measured 20 times by different operators.
