Paired Antibody for Human Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase

The two antibodies for GAPDH have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of GAPDH in Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog, Sheep samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
