FST His Tag was filtered (0.4um) and lyophilized from 0.5 mg/ml supplied in 20mM TRIS and 20mM NaCl, pH 7.5.

Quality Control Test

BCA - to determine content of the protein.
SDS PAGE - to determine purity of the protein.

Solubility

It is recommended to add deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it on cell culture.

Store lyophilized FST His at -20oC. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted FST His can be stored at 4oC for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4oC.
