Synthetic Flag peptide sequence

The antibody was produced in BALB/c mice. Will recognize FLAG (DYKDDDDK) conjugated at either the amino or carboxy terminus. Can be used bound to various resins for affinity purifications.

1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

Protein A & Ion exchange column.

Reconstitute with H₂O to get a 1 mg/ml concentration. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. Stability / Shelf LifeTwo years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4^oC.

Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature.

In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4^oC in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20^oC.

By direct ELISA, 1:20,000 dilution will yield >1.0 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
