Paired Antibody for Human Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 6

The two antibodies for FAS have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of FAS in Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig, Dog, Rabbit, Goat samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.67 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
