These are sterile glass beads to mix with your transformation mixture on plate. Shake the plates in stacks and sing along a few minutes to the rhythm of maracas. Next day, you will see colonies distributed evenly. Adjust culture time so that the colonies are pin head size for easy picking and avoid satalite colonies.
