Paired Antibody for Human GTPase ERas
The two antibodies for ERAS have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of ERAS in Bovine, Pig samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.125 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
