Chicken 8-epi-PGF2α (8-Epi-Prostaglandin F2 Alpha) ELISA Kit

The kit is a Competitive enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of 8-epi-PGF2α in chicken serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Chicken 8-epi-PGF2α. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Chicken 8-epi-PGF2α and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Chicken 8-epi-PGF2α and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
