Paired Antibody for Human Eukaryotic initiation factor 4A-II
The two antibodies for EIF4A2 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of EIF4A2 in Human, Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig, Dog, Chicken, Rabbit, Goat, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 1.8 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
