Paired Antibody for Mouse Egl nine homolog 3
The two antibodies for Egln3 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of Egln3 in Rat, Mouse, Horse, Pig, Chicken, Rabbit, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 1 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
