Paired Antibody for Human Dynein light chain 1, cytoplasmic
The two antibodies for DYNLL1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of DYNLL1 in Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig, Dog, Chicken, Rabbit, Goat, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
