Paired Antibody for Human DNA (cytosine-5)-methyltransferase 3A

The two antibodies for DNMT3A have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of DNMT3A in Horse, Pig, Dog, Goat samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
