Paired Antibody for Human DnaJ homolog subfamily B member 1
The two antibodies for DNAJB1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of DNAJB1 in Human, Rat, Hamster, Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Rabbit, Goat, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
