Dengue NS1 ST2 protein solution in 1xD-PBS, pH7.4, 0.1% Thimerosal, 5mM EDTA, 1ug/ml of Leupeptin, Aprotinin and Pepstatin A.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Protein is >95% pure as determined by 12.5% SDS-PAGE.

Insect cells

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
