Dengue Virus Subtype 2 Envelope 15kDa, C-Terminal (Domain III) Recombinant
The E. coli derived recombinant 15kDa protein is genetically engineered peptide which is derived from C terminus of Dengue Type-2 envelope. The expressed protein contains neutralizing epitopes and receptor binding domain, it has been used in the study for vaccine development. A 6 x His Tag is fused at its C-terminus.
