Paired Antibody for Human Beta-defensin 1

The two antibodies for DEFB1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of DEFB1 in Bovine, Horse, Dog, Goat samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.125 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
