Paired Antibody for Human Dolichyl-diphosphooligosaccharide--protein glycosyltransferase subunit DAD1

The two antibodies for DAD1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of DAD1 in Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig, Dog, Goat, Sheep samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
