Paired Antibody for Mouse C-X-C motif chemokine 9
The two antibodies for Cxcl9 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of Cxcl9 in Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.125 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
