Paired Antibody for mouse C-X-C motif chemokine 5
The two antibodies for Cxcl5 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of Cxcl5 in Rat, Mouse, Pig samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.2 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
