Paired Antibody for Human C-X-C motif chemokine 10
The two antibodies for CXCL10 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CXCL10 in Bovine samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0. 0625 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
