Paired Antibody for Human Cystatin-B
The two antibodies for CSTB have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CSTB in Human, Mouse, Pig, Dog, Rabbit, Goat, Duck samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.1 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
