Paired Antibody for Human Cytochrome c oxidase subunit 6A1, mitochondrial

The two antibodies for COX6A1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of COX6A1 in Human, Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
