Paired Antibody for Human Cytochrome c oxidase subunit 5A, mitochondrial
The two antibodies for COX5A have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of COX5A in Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig, Dog, Chicken, Rabbit, Goat, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
