Coronavirus 229E Recombinant
The Recombinant Human Coronavirus 229E, E. Coli derived, 361 amino acids, contains the nucleocapsid immunodominant regions. The protein is fused to a His tag at C-terminal and purified by standard chromatography techniques.
Applications
Coronavirus 229E nucleocapsid has high immunogenicity, reactive to its specific antibody produced by infected individuals. Recombinant 229E nucleocapsid has been used as a diagnostic agent to detect anti-coronavirus antibody in clinical study.
