The Cortisol ELISA Kit is for the quantitative determination of cortisol (COR) concentrations in serum, plasma and tissue homogenates. This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique.

This kit is available in 96-, 480- and 960-Assay sizes.

Standard deviation is less than 8% for standards repeated 20 times on the same plate. It is less than 10% when the same sample is measured 20 times by different operators.
