Paired Antibody for Human Collagen alpha-3(IV) chain

The two antibodies for COL4A3 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of COL4A3 in Bovine, Horse, Dog, Chicken, Goat samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.1 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.125 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
