Paired Antibody for Human Collagen alpha-1(IV) chain

The two antibodies for COL4A1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of COL4A1 in Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig, Dog, Goat samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.125 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
